How Partial COD Works
Want to pay cash on delivery? Pay a small advance of ₹200 online to confirm your order, and pay the rest in cash when your parcel arrives.
- Advance (online): ₹200, paid by UPI, card, wallet or net banking at checkout.
- Balance (on delivery): The remaining amount, paid in cash to the delivery agent.
Example: For a ₹2,895 order, you pay ₹200 at checkout and ₹2,695 on delivery.
Order confirmation
- Your COD order is confirmed only after the ₹200 advance is paid successfully.
- You'll receive an SMS/email with your order summary, the advance receipt and the balance due on delivery.
On delivery
- Check that the package is sealed before paying the balance.
- Refuse the delivery if the package is damaged or tampered with, and contact us right away.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel within 24 hours of ordering and the ₹200 advance is refunded in full.
- After 24 hours, the advance is non-refundable as it covers processing and shipping costs.
- If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order is cancelled and the advance is not refunded.
